William Holden is a retired airline captain who began his real estate career in Vail, Colorado USA. During this time as an airline pilot, he also developed town homes and multi-family condominiums in a ski resort and golf course setting. During this time, he acted as general contractor and sales manager for all properties he developed. He then moved to St. Louis, Missouri USA where he did investment analysis on shopping centers, office buildings and industrial warehouses. Based on this experience, he attained the prestigious CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) which is often referred to as the PhD of Commercial Investment Real Estate. He later had an asset management company and provided investment analysis as a registered investment adviser with a Series 7 securities license.

 

After personally investing in numerous real estate developments in the Dominican Republic, he started William Holden International Realty and specializes in all types of real estate on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. Although he spends much of his time in the DR, he stays current with the USA National Association of REALTORS® continuing education requirements and courses in business ethics.
